With over 20 years as an entrepreneur, I have a proven track record of success in the technology industry. In 2020, I completed a Full Stack Web Development program to strengthen my knowledge and keep me up to date with ever-changing technology trends. I am self-motivated with a strong work ethic and have thrived in the challenging environment of entrepreneurship.

Career Highlights

As the Head Development coach for the Snowbird Sports Education in the early 2000s, I ran a program with nearly 100 athletes, 200 parents, and a staff of 10 coaches. Communication and registration for traveling events was a time-consuming challenge. I knew there was a better way to manage my time and athletes effectively.

This led me to create a solution with Ski Club Pro. During my time as the Director of Web Development at CentralPoint Systems, I led my team from concept to market with this new product. Starting with only one club, it quickly caught on to the surrounding clubs in the region, including Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, Tahoe XC, and many more. Proudly, today some of the largest winter sports clubs in North American use the software.

EXPERIENCE

Founder, Ski Club Pro

2021 to present

Launched Ski Club Pro, a SaaS platform for competitive winter sports organizations to manage operations efficiently. The software manages registration, payment collection, roster records, and email/text messaging communication. My responsibilities are to drive the strategic vision for the company, lead the sales and marketing plan, and manage customer retention strategies. It is now used by some of the largest winter sports teams in North America.

2012 to present

My responsibilities range from executing the company business plan to managing projects from concept to execution. In addition, I handle new business development and strategic partnerships. Under my leadership, Lever Pulley has sustained strong relationships with over 100 clients and maintained steady growth.
